Great location 2 steps from the beach, plenty of restaurants and commerces nearby. The host made us feel welcome and was very helpful in getting us oriented in the area. Street got a little noisy at night but was still reasonable especially compared with the places closer to the beach. Parking was 10€ extra but well worth it, street parking was really hard to get, there is an underground parking garage nearby but that one was full too in the afternoon and rather pricy. We didn't really use the kitchen equipment (stove & pots) but it looked appropriate if you prefer cooking at home. I would not hesitate to come back to studio Havenzicht!
